Who awakens like this?

Read the awakening name, then its moves, then its line.

About Awakening

Every JJS fighter has an awakening, from full awakened movesets to single finishing moves. This game starts with the awakening’s name and gives you one more clue for each wrong guess.

How to play Awakening

  • First clue: the awakening’s name.
  • Next: awakened moves, then a voice line the fighter says when they awaken, if they have one.
  • Then the special, the fighter’s status and HP, and finally the colors of their name in the game.

Awakening FAQ

What about fighters with a domain awakening?

Domain awakenings count. Their name and moves are used as clues the same way.

Some fighters have more than one awakening. Which one is used?

The main awakening comes first. Alternate forms can appear as later clues.

Tips

  • Awakening names often borrow a word from the Jujutsu Kaisen arc or technique the fighter comes from.
  • Domain awakenings and full awakened movesets feel different: a domain clue usually points to a fighter with a well-known domain in the anime.
  • If the awakened moves sound like stronger versions of base moves, compare them with the fighter’s Moveset page.
  • The name colors at the end match the colors used for the fighter’s name in game.
